CME-1 PRIIPs: Non-transmit funds & lock-ins?

staring at CME-1 materials and UCITS PRIIPs KIDs are confusing the life out of me. Does this regime apply to non-transmit funds as well or just those with no lock-in periods? Hoping to accept a Dubai offer before I miss the September intake.

Non-transmit funds with lock-ins definitely apply to KIDs check ICWIM mapping for specific lock-in rules do not fail CME-1 or lose the Dubai hike

honestly think it applies to all regardless of lock-in but the convergence rules are a mess. i am panic revising for ICWIM and scared to miss the Dubai intake
