• Eurosonic Group is a growing supplier of Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), Bakeware and Homeware products , working with major UK retailers. We are seeking an Ethical Trade & Social Compliance Specialist to support and strengthen ethical sourcing across our global supply chain.
• This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in factory audits and supplier compliance , particularly within consumer goods or product-led businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage ethical audit programmes (SMETA, BSCI, SA8000)
• Review audit reports and support suppliers in delivering Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
• Maintain compliance records including factory approvals, audit outcomes and risk ratings
• Support supplier onboarding and ethical approval processes
• Work closely with factories in China , providing guidance on labour standards and compliance
• Partner with Buying, QA and Product teams to ensure ethical sourcing standards are met

Requirements

Essential

• Experience in ethical trade, social compliance, CSR or supply chain compliance
• Strong knowledge of ethical audit frameworks (SMETA, BSCI, SA8000)
• Experience managing factory audits and supplier compliance
• Experience working with overseas suppliers (ideally China)

Desirable

• Experience within SDA, Bakeware, Homeware or consumer goods sectors
• Exposure to sustainability or responsible sourcing initiatives
