Technical Administrator - Growing Wealth Management Firm
A dynamic and expanding Wealth Management firm is looking to hire a Technical Administrator to support their team of financial advisers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and looking to develop their career in financial services.

£20,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Prepare suitability reports, illustrations, and other technical documentation for advisers
Process new business and follow-up documentation with providers
Conduct compliance and regulatory checks to ensure all client work meets FCA standards
Maintain accurate client records, including updates in CRM and advisory systems
Support paraplanners and advisers with research and data collation
Liaise with providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
Assist with ongoing client reviews and account maintenance
Contribute to process improvements and support operational efficiency

Experience working in a technical or paraplanning support role within financial services or wealth management
Knowledge of financial products, pensions, investments, and protection policies
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
