We’re working with a growing and well-regarded financial planning firm in London that’s looking to bring in an experienced Wealth Administrator to support their advisers and investment team.
This is a great opportunity to join a business that’s expanding, with plenty of exposure across investments and client work, and a clear path to progress over time.
The Role You’ll play a key part in supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive a smooth, well-managed service throughout their journey.

Processing new business across investments, pensions, and client accounts
Preparing valuations, reports, and client review documentation
Supporting client onboarding, including KYC and AML checks
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records on internal systems
Liaising with providers, advisers, and internal teams
Managing client queries and providing a high level of service
What They’re Looking For Previous experience in a wealth administrative role (essential)
CeMAP Qualification desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
What’s On Offer £32,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
