CySEC AML preparation built around the official syllabus
The CySEC AML certification examination tests the Cyprus anti-money-laundering framework, the practical responsibilities of supervised obliged entities and the specialist rules applying to crypto-asset service providers. This course follows all eight examinable chapters in the current official syllabus and keeps the supporting definitions connected to the rules they explain.
Learn the three stages of money laundering, the difference between money laundering and terrorist financing, the roles of CySEC and MOKAS, governance and AMLCO responsibilities, the risk-based approach, KYC and CDD, suspicious reporting and the CASP registration and operating framework.
Practise the complete official assessment format
The current official assessment contains 40 multiple-choice questions, allows 60 minutes and requires at least 70% to pass. Each course mock follows that complete 40-question format and covers all eight examinable chapters. Mocks 1-4 provide 160 independently worded questions; Mock 5 samples equally from those four papers for mixed retrieval.
