Is ICWIM a hard requirement for Analytical roles in KSA?

Thank you all for the helpful discussions here, it really helps to have such a supportive community while I am navigating through these complex study materials. I am currently considering applying for analytical roles in Saudi Arabia and I wanted to ask if gaining an ICWIM qualification is a hard requirement before an employer will consider my candidacy, or if I can rely on my previous IT experience and general knowledge. It seems like the CME-1 is very popular for the general market, but I am unsure if I need to jump straight into the IISI Islamic insurance modules to make myself competitive in Riyadh. I would be very grateful for anyone who has experience recruiting in Saudi to share their perspective on what carries the most weight.
