Global Operations Management is a Level 6 narrative paper designed for candidates who can combine operational knowledge with management judgement. The workbook makes a clear distinction between this assessment and a memory-led objective test. Candidates are expected to interpret the requirement, apply principles across more than one syllabus area, communicate clearly and keep their knowledge current.
