Saudi IISI oversight: Audit trail penalty kick or warning?

Just completed a sprint through the CME-1 chapter but got tackled on the IISI regulatory oversight section—is the audit trail requirement for Saudi banks a penalty kick or just a warning yellow card?

Treat it like a penalty kick because IISI doesn’t give warnings in the ICWIM context. Miss that audit trail requirement and you fail outright.

Usually a warning unless the ICWIM risk assessment flags it as a critical control failure where financial loss is possible.

Treat the audit trail requirement like a referee blowing the final whistle—there are no overtime periods in IISI enforcement. If the Saudi regulator flags a missing trail, the game is over before halftime. i used exams.academy/certifications/cme-1b/ and passed.

Does the CME-2B study text provide a specific scenario where a minor procedural lapse results only in a warning versus a partial withholding of bonuses for senior officers? i used /certifications/cme-2b/ and passed.
